shima shima air max 1s

i guess great minds think alike. i decided to wear one of my air max holy grails here. the shima shima (stripes in japanese) 2's came out in 2002/2003 and was a europe/canada release. i happened to be in the same area as imanifest back at the time... and completely slept on them. plus i was broke. fast forward 5 years later and with the help of shonuff's amazing ebay skills, i was able to reunite with these bad boys. thinking back on it... these shoes single handedly gave me this incurable shoe addiction.

a couple of years ago i was steppin through shops in vancouver, bc when i came across these polka dot joints in the nike store on robson st. if you ever get a chance to peep this shop, they have a sneaker lifestyle section upstairs in the back. these are the air max 1 premiums. they had only one pair left and they were my size..."i'll take 'em dun!"- imanifest

wassup fresh friday sneaker fiends. i've been noticing all the jordans, cats be stuntin' on our blog and i gotta say they're hella fresh, but i figure its about time to change the game to rare runnin' sneaks. with the exception of the proliferation of the retro 95's, many of nike's original air and zoom rubber have only had one retro release. don't get it twisted, its hard for them hong kong replicating factories to make these joints. get your zoom on kid!

...does that even make sense? sorry... i'm running out of material. it's been an interesting week and needless to say...TGIF. i've really been looking forward to this week's contributions and turns out we have a nice batch of pictures to start it off this friday. we have here a strong showing of some of the classic jordans. you can never go wrong with these... and then there's mine. FYI: goods will be selling the yeezy's tomorrow at their seattle store. thanks again for sharing.
